Additionally, they envisioned a small basketball court nestled at the tranquil lower end of the property for their children's enjoyment. Given the client's Arab heritage, a captivating Arabic seating area was meticulously integrated into the design.
In harmony with local regulations mandating tiled roofs, a rich, darker hue was selected to seamlessly blend with the client's aesthetics while ensuring compliance with municipal guidelines.
